1. Engineering
Requirements:
- Male, 25-40 years old
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Engineering or a related field
- Minimum education SMK/D3 in Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Preferably has experience in the hotel industry
- Familiar with electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance
- Able to perform routine maintenance, inspection, and troubleshooting
- Able to handle basic repairs and technical issues
- Responsible for maintaining the safety and proper functioning of hotel facilities
- Good communication skills and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Responsible, energetic, well-groomed, and able to join ASAP
2. Accounting
Requirements:
- Female, 25-40 years old
- Minimum 2 years work experience in the same field
- Minimum 2 years work experience in hotel
- Familiar with DSI system
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Honest, responsible, detail-oriented & organized
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Understanding of hotel accounting & financial reporting
- Good knowledge of AP, AR & reconciliation
- Detail-oriented, organized & analytical
- Able to work under pressure & meet operational demands
- Able to join ASAP
