1. Revenue Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in Revenue Management, E- Commerce, or Distribution for a hotel, villa, or hospitality brand
- Deep expertise in managing and optimizing all online distribution channels
- Proven experience managing, updating, and optimizing the direct website and its integrated booking engine to maximize direct bookings.
- Ability to forecast demand, implement dynamic pricing strategies, manage rate parity across all channels, and handle yielding strategies during high and low seasons.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and execute long-term revenue strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
- Able to join immediately
2. Marketing and Communication Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing, public relations, communications, or related studies.
- Minimum 1-2 years of working in Marketing, PR, communication, advertising, or other similar roles.
- Experience in project management.
- Aware of marketing trends to implement at the earliest opportunity.
- Knowing about SEO and SEM
- Great copywriting skills and communication skills in English.
- Experience in hospitality fields
3. Reservation Staff
Requirements:
- 1 year working experience in the same field.
- Ability to solve customer queries
- Proficiency in reservation systems and software.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Good computer skills (Excel, Word)
- Able to join immediately
4. Engineering Staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-year experience in the same position
- Familiar with tools, machines, air conditioners, electricity, and installation.
- Good Attitude
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to be placed in Canggu
5. Security (Daily Worker)
Requirements
- Have certificate of Garda Pratama
- Willing to work at night shift
- Have experience in the same position
