Job Requirements:
- Male / Female, maximum age 30 years old
- Minimum High School Diploma (Hospitality or Sports-related background is a plus)
- Physically fit, healthy, and able to work in outdoor and indoor environments
- Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Good communication skills in Indonesian and basic English
- Friendly, service-oriented, and able to engage with guests professionally
- Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and teamwork
- Able to follow safety procedures and operational standards consistently
