1. Marketing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract guests to the restaurants
- Track performance, prepare regular reports, analyze key metrics, and refine strategies when needed
- Work closely with the head of Restaurant Division to align marketing initiatives with business objectives
- Manage and grow restaurant social media accounts (content planning, posting, coordination with designers / photographers)
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotions, and special offers
- Monitor competitors and stay updated on current F&B market trends
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in F&B / restaurant / hospitality marketing (mandatory)
- Willing to share case studies and examples of previous work
- Strong visual awareness and understanding of social media trends
- Proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa)
- English proficiency (B2 level or equivalent)
- Experience in expat-led business or international teams is a plus
