- Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the food & beverage team to deliver exceptional service
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and minimize costs
- Create innovative menus and beverage offerings to enhance guest satisfaction
- Manage and train staff, ensuring excellent service standards
- Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures
- Monitor inventory and procurement of supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all F&B areas
- Handle guest feedback resolve any issues promptly
Requirements:
- Proven experience in F&B Management, preferably in hostel or hospitality setting
- Passion for delivering memorable guest experience
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
- Knowledge of local food trends and cultural preferences
- Understanding of budgeting and financial management principles
- Fluent in English
