1. Head Chef
Seaesta Komodo Hotel & Hostel is looking for a hands-on Head Chef to lead our busy all-day kitchen (breakfast, lunch & dinner).
We’re a lively venue with an international bar & rooftop restaurant and a strong social atmosphere - the kitchen plays a huge role in the guest experience.
Your role:
You’ll be responsible for delivering consistent, high-quality food while leading the team through fast-paced services.
You’ll work closely with management to keep standards high, cost controlled, and the vibe positive.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience as a Sous Chef ready for the next level, or Head Chef
- Experience in a high volume kitchen
- Strong organization, leadership, and calm under pressure
- Solid understanding of cost control & kitchen systems
- Passion for great food, consistency & teamwork
- Good communication in English is a plus
- Practical and adaptable - comfortable working with a simple, efficient kitchen setup
