1. Account Receivable
Responsibilities:
- Process and monitor all accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely
- Prepare and issue invoices to corporate clients, travel agents, and other business partners
- Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain healthy receivable balances
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Prepare aging reports and accounts receivable summaries
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, and other departments regarding guest and company billing
- Ensure compliance with hotel financial policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
