1. Sr. Service
- Full-time position, 6-months contract.
- As a Senior Service Team member, you are expected to lead by example in maintaining service standards, awareness, and consistency during operations.
- You will:
Lead table flow with strong awareness of timing, guest experience, and team coordination.
Take ownership of service quality during shifts and support team decision-making in real time.
Handling guest concerns with composure, clarity and accountability.
Maintain High situational awareness and ensure service runs smoothly without close supervision.
Support team members in maintaining standards and operational discipline.
- This role requires solid operational experience in hospitality, strong judgment under pressure, and the ability to take ownership during service.
2. Security
- Full-time position, 6-months contract
- Part-time position, 3-months contract
- As part of the Security Team, you are expected to maintain safety, order, and smooth activity across the Selaras area while actin as the first point of contract for arriving guests.
- You will:
Ensure security, order, and controlled access across all operational areas.
Monitor surrounding proactively and respond quickly to potential risks or disruptions.
Welcome and guide guests upon arrival with a calm, clear, and respectful approach.
Support the flow of guest movement, parking, and entry / exit during busy periods
Maintain alertness and situational awareness throughout the shift without constant supervision
- This role requires discipline, strong awareness, and the ability to stay composed while interacting directly with guest.
