1. Assistant Executive Housekeeper
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping leader experience in a luxury resort, boutique hotel, or villa operation
- Prior supervisory or assistant managerial experience is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and eye for presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications and housekeeping systems (e.g., Opera, HotSOS, RoomRaccoon, Cloudbeds)
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of villa housekeeping procedures, laundry operations, and turn-down service
- Familiarity with eco-friendly cleaning products and sustainable practices.
