Front Office Reservation
Requirements:
- Maximum of age 30 years old
- Hotel background by min D3-S1 graduated
- Has minimum 2 years experience in similar position
- Strong at OTA & Offline agent, reservation knowledge, upselling service knowledge
- Marketing knowledge, can strategize and execute marketing plan to support sales and brand awareness
- Good English oral and written skills preferable
- Familiar with VHP system & social media marketing
- Has other language is advantage
- Familiar with M. Excel and Outlook express email
- Well groomed and demonstrative person
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadliness
- Loyalty, honest and high motivated
- Active & initiative at work
- Able to join immediately
