Qualifications:
- Min. 2-3 years of managerial experience in hotels
- Strong background in Spa & Reflexology operations is highly preferred
- Expertise in operational SOP’s, staff management, and service excellence
- Professional, highly organized, and communicative
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure alignment with standards
- Lead and develop the therapist team through training and coaching
- Oversee inventory, facility maintenance, and guest satisfaction
