1. Guest Service Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining guest services and front desk goals
- Provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction and retention
- Identifies and analyzes guest Service operational challenges and facilities the development of solutions to prevent reoccurrence
- Ensure that all guest service areas have an atmosphere that is conducive to the overall guest experience
- Reviews comment, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in managerial position in hospitality industry
- Adaptability to contribute with highly diverse, equal, and inclusive team environment
- Great command of English, both verbal and written
