Super excited to share that team at Somerset Queen City Semarang is growing, and we’re looking for a Duty Manager this could be the perfect role for you!
Roles & Responsible:
- Overseeing smooth running of hotel and coordinating between departments
- Personally welcoming guest and handling complex guest feedback or emergencies
- Delegating tasks conducting shift briefings, and monitoring staff performances
- Ensures that all Guests Service areas have an atmosphere that is conductive to overall guest experience
Job Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in hospitality industry
- Great command of English, both verbal and written
- Agile, strong analytical and critical thinking
- Positive spirit of conquest attitude
