We seek a professional Sous Chef with a blend strong culinary expertise, leadership, and management skills to deliver high-quality product and create memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & management: guiding kitchen staff, delegating tasks, resolving conflicts
- Culinary expertise: deep knowledge of cooking techniques, food, prep, and presentation
- Communication: clear, effective communication with staff and management
- Time management & organization: handling multiple tasks & efficiently in fast-faced setting
- Pressure management: staving calm and focused during busy periods
- Problem-solving: adapting to unexpected issues like shortages or equipment failure
- Creativity: developing new dishes and new ideas
- Attention to detail: ensuring quality and consistency
