1. Resort Manager
to lead our team and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily resort operations across all departments
- Ensure outstanding guest satisfaction and service standards
- Lead, train, and inspire team members
- Manage budgets, revenue, and operational efficiency
- Maintain health, safety, and sustainability standards
Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Background in hospitality management
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Preferred:
- Experience in luxury resort or boutique hotel
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
