Requirements:
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel, resort, spa, or luxury property.
- Previous experience in a guest-facing position is highly preferred for certain positions.
- Good command of English, both verbal and written.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong guest service orientation with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Friendly, professional, attentive, and able to provide a positive guest experience.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance and good personal hygiene.
- Good problem-solving skills and able to handle guest requests professionally.
