Supala Villa Management, looking for new candidates to fill these following:

1. Accounting
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and service standards.
- Coordinate and oversee the performance of all operational departments, including Front Office/Butler and Food & Beverage Service.
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards are consistently maintained to achieve high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and operational issues promptly, professionally, and effectively, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution.
- Perform routine inspections of guest rooms, public areas, facilities, and operational activities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication across the property

2. Marketing Communication
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to strengthen brand awareness and promote the company's properties and services.
- Manage social media platforms and digital marketing content, including content planning, copywriting, and publishing.
- Create and coordinate promotional materials, campaigns, and marketing activities in line with the company's brand identity.
- Coordinate photo and video content production to support marketing and promotional needs.
- Monitor marketing campaign performance, social media engagement, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with operational teams to ensure accurate and consistent communication of property information, facilities, and services.
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
- Prepare regular marketing reports and provide recommendations for
improvement.

3. Engineering
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of buildings, facilities, equipment, and property infrastructure.
- Ensure all electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water supply, and other technical systems function properly and safely.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Monitor the condition of property facilities and ensure all maintenance activities meet company standards.
- Respond to maintenance requests from operational departments and complete repairs within the required timeframe.
- Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, equipment conditions, and repair reports.
- Monitor the availability and usage of engineering tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and report potential hazards to management.
- Coordinate with external technicians or contractors when specialized repairs or maintenance are required.
- Support energy efficiency initiatives and recommend improvements to maintain property facilities in good condition.

General Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a related position; experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, disciplined, and responsible.
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Able to coordinate effectively with other departments.
- Honest, professional, and committed to maintaining company standards.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and software related to the position.
- Good command of English is an advantage.
- Willing to work according to operational requirements when necessary.
