We are preparing for our soft opening and looking for motivated, responsible, and service-minded team members to join our growing team. Surfside Uluwatu looking for highly motivated professional to fill-the following positions:
- Chief Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Engineering handover from construction to operations
- Oversee all system: AC, water, plumbing, electrical, pools
- Set up preventive maintenance system
- Manage defect tracking and resolution
- Supervise engineering team
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years experience in similar role
- Experience in 5-star hotels or resorts is required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems
- Experience with pools / water systems
- Ability to read technical drawings (DED MEP)
- Hands-on and problem-solving mindset
- Good English
