The general qualification of the candidates are as follows:
- 4/5 Star Hotel pre-opening experience highly preferred.
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position.
- Biak, Papua, surrounding area more preferred.
- Male/Female Age below 25 years old (below 35 years old for HK SPV).
- Hard worker, highly motivated, Good personality, Strong interpersonal and problem solving.
- Fluent in English is plus.
- Indonesian only.
