Qualifications:
1. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
2. Graduated from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related course.
3. Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking.
5. Strong comprehension of building maintenance and troubleshooting.
