Qualifications:
1. Two (2) years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
2. Excellent leadership and team management skills
3. Proven track record in managing large housekeeping team and overseeing high-volume operations
4. Strong problem solving skills and ability to handle guest complaints professionally
5. Familiar with PowerPro system is an advantage.
