We are looking for qualified individuals who are highly motivated, knowledgeable and skillful to join our 4 star property in Belitung, Indonesia as:
1. Executive Housekeeper
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Assistant Executive Housekeeper in a 4-star hotel or resort
- Strong leadership, team management, and staff training abilities
- In-depth knowledge of housekeeping operations, including laundry and inventory control
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness standards
- Proven ability to manage budgets and control operating costs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using Property Management Systems (PMS) and administrative software
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A degree or certification in Hospitality or a related field is preferred
