- Commis Pastry
Qualifications:
1. Minimum (2) two years experience in the same position from International Hotel Chain.
2. Knowledge of baking techniques, dough preparation, mousses, tarts, sauces, and plating is more desired.
3. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Certified in Culinary Arts, Baking or Pastry.
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language is a plus.
6. Love to work in a team with target oriented.
