Taman Agung Hotel situated in the center of Sanur is looking for passionate people to be
part of our team in the following position.
- Housekeeping Supervisor
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct daily morning briefings with the housekeeping team, prioritizing daily check in and check out arrangements.
2. Monitor, inspect, and update room statuses accurately using the hotel management system.
3. Perform consistent quality control and routine inspections across all rooms, reporting maintenance issues immediately.
4. Manage, track, and maintain optimal inventory levels of housekeeping supplies and amenities.
5. Handle and resolve guest complaints regarding room condition or housekeeping service promptly and professionally.
6. Act as a direct bridge and effective liaison between housekeeping staff and management.
7. Ensure all daily housekeeping operations run smoothly, efficiently, and up to hotel standards.
General Qualifications:
1. Strong interpersonal, communication, leadership and organizational skills.
2. Proficient in operating property management systems (PMS).
3. Proven capability in managing inventory and stock controls.
4. Minimum vocational high school (SMK), Diploma, or equivalent hospitality background.
5. Preferably living in Bali and able to join immediately.
