1. Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef

Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong experience in modern / fusion / healthy cuisine
- Excellent knowledge of food costing & kitchen operations
- Ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- High standards in food quality & presentation
- Fluent in English

Responsibilities:
- Create and manage menu (modern / fusion / healthy concept)
- Ensure high-quality food & presentation standards
- Manage kitchen operations, SOP’s & stock control
- Maintain consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
- Handle inventory, food costing, and waste management
- Follow HACCP safety and hygiene standards
- Manage daily reporting and ordering (MS Word/Excel)
- Lead menu development and innovation
