Tanu by Hukma, we are hiring opening team for a new cafe in Ubud, Bali.
1. Operations Executive
Qualifications:
- Female
- Fluent in English
- Experience with PMS (e.g. Cloudbeds, GuestPro) and POS system
- Handle bookings, guest inquiries, check-in/check-out
- Manage daily operations, cash handling and basic accounting
- Coordinate with all departments (kitchen, service, maintenance)
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Minimum 2 years experience in hotel/villa or restaurant operations
2. Barista / Front Counter
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Coffee & latte art skills
- Create drink recipe (Matcha, Collagen, Mocktails)
- Handle cash counter and POS
- Focus on decorative, instagram worthy presentations
- Minimum 2 years experience
