1. Barista / Mixologist (1 Position)
2. Waiter / Waitress (Serving Staff) (1 Position)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare coffee (espresso, latte art)
- Create mocktails, smoothies, and signature drinks
- Focus on decorative, Instagram-worthy presentation
- Maintain bar area
Requirements:
- Experience as barista or mixologist
- Creative mindset (important)
- Basic English
- Energetic personality
3. Head Chef (1 Position)
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of kitchen experience, including experience as head chef.
- Mediterranean / Greek cuisine experience.
- Food cost & kitchen operations knowledge.
- Ensure high-quality food & presentation
- English
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage menu (modern / fusion / aesthetic)
- Ensure high-quality food & presentation
- Manage kitchen operations & stock
- Quality Control: Maintain high standard for taste, presentation, and consistency
- Kitchen Management: Handle inventory, food costing, waste management, and HACCP safety protocols.
- Admin: Manage daily reporting and ordering using MS Word/Excel.
- Having experience on menu development
Requirements:
- Experience as Head Chef / strong Sous Chef
- Creative plating skills
- Passion for modern cuisine
