Requirements:
- Minimum education and work experience relevant to the position applied for.
- Previous experience in the hospitality, villa management, hotel, or property industry is highly preferred.
- Honest, disciplined, responsible, and committed to maintaining professional work standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-oriented attitude.
- Able to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling responsibilities efficiently.
- Able to work under pressure and respond appropriately to operational challenges.
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
- Good command of Bahasa Indonesia; English communication skills are an advantage.
- Well-groomed, physically fit, and able to maintain a professional appearance.
- Familiarity with tools, systems, or equipment related to the position is preferred.
- Currently residing in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.
