1. Head Chef
General Qualification:
- Male
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in a restaurant
- Strong kitchen management skills, including:
- Inventory & stock control
- Food cost & waste management
- Menu planning & plating presentation
- In-depth knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage and motivate. the kitchen team
- Disciplined, creative, quality-oriented, and able to perform well in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
