- Excellent record of kitchen management
- Capable of handling multiple tasks
- Regularly create new menu within budget including costing
- Knowledgable in all aspects of food preparation
- Troubleshooting of food related issues
- Communication and leadership skills
- HACCP certified
- Have & shows vaccine card
