Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR management experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan) and industrial relations.
- Strong ability to design and implement training programs (Learning & Development) and performance appraisal systems.
- Proficiency in managing and maintaining hotel licenses and regulatory permits
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
