1. Jr. Sous Chef
Requirements:
- Experience in the same field
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Minimum education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
- Proficient in menu planning, inventory control, and food costing
- Possesses excellent cooking skills in Indonesian, Western, and Chinese cuisines
- Able to lead and supervise a kitchen team, including training and daily task management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a strong focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
