Requirements:
- Proven experience in the same position or a senior sales leadership role in 4-star hotel
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
- Strong leadership, team management skills and good personality
- Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve performance goals
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding revenue and occupancy targets
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to market changes
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
