General Qualifications:
1. Male/Female
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position proven experience as relevant role
3. Hospitality background, certificate or diploma
4. Good attitude with professional appearance, communication skill (English)
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision making abilities
6. Employment contract - Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holiday
7. Ability to handle guest complaints and operational challenges professionally and efficiently
8. Good knowledge of front office system (e.g. Opera, PMS) and general hotel operations
9. Placement in Bintan - Kepulauan Riau
