General Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience as a GM in hotel management, at a wellness resort / centre will be a plus
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality or wellness retreat management
- Excellent in written & spoken English
- Knowledgeable of sales & marketing initiatives and principles of revenue management
- Able to develop strategic planning on finance, sales & marketing as well as human resources
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on, lead by example workstyle
- Excellent track record of successfully managing & leading a team of sustained high level of service
- Experienced in several hotel operations system
- Passionate about wellness and/ or healthy and sustainable lifestyle
- Already Bali/Indonesia-based will be prioritized
