1. Executive Housekeeper
General Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of leadership experience in housekeeping within hotels/resorts
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hygiene standards, and cost control
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate team
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with excellent communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to implement and maintain SOPs, hygiene standards, and preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
