1. Executive Chef
You will lead and manage kitchen operations of 5 dining concepts and cafe in our five-star hotel.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related culinary qualification
- Prior experience as an Executive Chef in 5-star hotel
- A creative chef with passion for great food
- Hands-on leadership and committed to team building and collaboration.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Familiar with budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, a competent user of computer and property management system
- Hotel pre-opening experience highly desirable
- Indonesian passport holder
2. Director of Finance
You will direct and supervise both finance and accounting teams. You will be responsible for best practice financial control, forecast, analysis and reporting that are in line with the hotel’s business vision.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting (Master's degree is an advantage)
- At least 2 years experience as Director of Finance in 5 star hotel
- Excellent financial modeling, project management, and critical thinking skills with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of overall hotel operations, purchasing, inventory controls, supplies and equipment
- Able to achieve equal focus on both revenue generation and cost management
- Technology savvy, able to use standard software applications and hotel systems
- Proficient in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, articulate, agile and results-oriented.
