- Experience in similar role preferred in 5-star hotels (Supervisor: 2-3 years, Butler: 1-2 years)
- Fresh graduates are welcome for Front Desk Agent (FDA)
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written) is a must
- Strong guest service, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and problem-solving skills (for Supervisor)
- Detail-oriented with a service excellence mindset
- Well-groomed, professional, and positive attitude
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
