The House of the Rising Tide, a 6-bedroom boutique hotel on Nusa Lembongan, we are hiring!
1. Hotel Supervisor
We have high standards, a genuine community feel, and a guest list that runs from surfers to artists to adventurers — almost all international. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of building something good from the start.
What we need:
- Minimum 2 years in a boutique, upmarket, or 5-star hotel
- Fluent English — guests are almost entirely international
- A natural leader who holds standards, communicates clearly, and thinks ahead
- Coachable, detail-oriented, and fully present on shift

What you get:
- IDR 6,000,000/month base salary
- Accommodation within 5 minutes of the property + motorbike
- Tips shared equally across the team
- 1 day off per week, with a genuine second day available for strong performance

- Rotating shifts, scheduled by the Manager
