1. Sales Manager

Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Manager within a 4-star or 5-star hotel environment.
- Extensive Network (Crucial): Must possess a strong and well-established network across the following key segments:
Corporate Accounts
Offline Travel Agencies
DMCs (Destination Management Companies)
- Skills: Proficient in negotiation, presentation, and building long-term, profitable business relationships.
- Target-Driven: Goal-oriented with a proven ability to achieve aggressive sales targets and drive revenue growth.
General Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (Hospitality or Marketing preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
