The Konkret Lombok, 17 units of luxury villas located in Kuta Lombok, is looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist with the following requirements:
Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will be a highly visual storyteller with expertise in photography, social media management, and building strong relationships with media and influencers. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing our online presence, and amplifying our brand message across various channels.
Responsibilities:
1. Photography & Visual Content Creation:
2. Social Media Management in all platforms: e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn.
3. Create engaging and platform-specific content (text, images, videos, stories, live sessions).
4. Schedule and publish content according to a content calendar.
5. Monitor social media channels for trends, conversations, and brand mentions.
6. Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build community.
7. Analyse social media performance and provide reports with recommendations for improvement.
8. Media Relations
9. Influencer Relations
10. Content Creation (Beyond Visuals)
11. Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
12. Reporting & Analysis: track and analyse the performance of social media, media outreach, and influencer campaigns.
We need someone with the above requirements and also "team-attitude" -
work closely with all divisions to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in Marketing Communications with expertise in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Photography, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in photography, with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
3. Demonstrable experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
4. Experience in media relations, including developing press materials and building relationships with journalists.
5. Experience in influencer relations is highly desirable.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
7. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles.
8. Proficiency in photo and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Canva, etc).
9. Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
11. Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
12. Knowledge of the Indonesian media and influencer landscape is a significant advantage.
