1. Front Office
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and conversational English
- Warm, genuine, and welcoming personality with a passion for hospitality
- Well-groomed and professional appearance with good personal hygiene
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office, Guest Relations, or Hospitality (fresh graduates with strong potential may also apply)
- Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including handling reservations, guest records, and basic reporting
- Confident using computers (Microsoft Office, Google Workplace, and reservation / POS system)
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability handle guest requests and complaints professionally
- Interest in sustainability, regenerative farming, and wellness hospitality, with a willingness to learn and share KKF’s story with guests.
