1. Villa Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years experience as a Villa Manager, Resort Manager, or Operations Manager
- Proven experience managing a boutique resort, eco-resort, or similar hospitality property
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong knowledge of Front Office, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security operations
- Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Experience implementing SOPs and maintaining service standards
- Familiar with PMS systems (Cloudbeds, VHP, Opera or similar is an advantage)
- Willing to be based in Bali
