1. Executive Pastry Chef
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable
- Ability to create innovative, artistic, and high-quality pastry and bakery products
- Skilled in designing and executing showpiece displays for events and presentations
- Strong knowledge and application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards
- Knowledge in Pastry, Bakery, Boutique and Ala carte
- A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and professional attitude
- Experience in Asia
