1. Assistant Learning & Development Manager
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, Education or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Proven experience in coordinating and delivering training programs and onboarding sessions.
- Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills in both written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple training schedules and projects simultaneously.
- Passionate about people development and continuous improvement.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and Basic Design
