1. Has Experiences at the same position for minimum of 2 (two) years
2. Dynamic personality, proactive, and hands on leader
3. High level of detail cleanliness and maintenance
4. High level of customer service.
5. Strong analytical skills with cost & expenses focus
6. Familiar with major PMS system will be an advantage
7. Adequate education on position apply (preferably)
