We are looking for passionate and dedicated professionals to join our team for the following position:
1. Revenue Manager
2. Guest Service Agent
3. Bell Driver
4. Engineering
5. Spa Therapist
Requirements:
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the applied position within the hospitality industry.
2. Good communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
3. Fluent in English (spoken and written).
4. Revenue Manager: Experience with PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, OTA Extranets, and Microsoft Excel.
5. Guest Service Agent: Experience with hotel PMS, excellent guest service and communication skills, able to handle guest requests and check-in/check-out procedures, and must possess a valid SIM A driving license.
6. Bell Driver: Valid SIM A driving license, able to provide airport transfers, shuttle services, resort tours, and willing to support public area cleanliness.
7. Engineering: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and general maintenance.
8. Spa Therapist: Skilled in body massage and spa treatments, with good customer service and communication skills.
