Job Description:
- Deliver friendly and professional service to residents
- Coordinate resident services, facilities, and activities
- Manage facility schedules, reservations, and payments
- Ensure cleanliness and proper condition of all facility areas
- Record resident needs, complaints, and prepare daily reports
- Provide emergency contact information and support internal activities
- Enforce apartment rules, discipline, and company standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Female
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree / Vocational School Graduate with at least 2 years of experience
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Showing exceptional personal quality in continuous learning (analytical thinking, teamwork, and achievement)
