The Rich Jogja Hotel, a four star Hotel with 503 rooms and suites is currently looking for the best team members for the following positions:
1. DOSM (Director of Sales Marketing)
2. FOM (Front Office Manager)
3. SSE (Senior Sales Executive)
4. CE (Chief Engineering)
5. FDA (Front Desk Agent)
6. Marcom Executive / Public Relation
7. Design Graphic
8. Bartender
General Requirements :
- Male (1-8)
- Female (1-3, 5-7)
- Proven experience minimum 2 years in 4 star hotel & same position (1-4)
- Proven experience minimum 1 years in 4 star hotel & same position (5-8)
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both oral and written English
- Ability to handle multiple task, work well in environment with time constrains and troubleshoot effectively
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skill also good in team player (1-4)
-Familiar with VHP system (1-3, 5)
- proven ability to meet sales targets, ideally within corporate or hospitality environment (1,3)
- highly organized with strong analytical skills, in particular revenue management an sales marketing strategies (1,3)
- Passionate to handle operational front office (2-5)
- Passionate to handle digital marketing, content, social media, media partner (6)
- Passionate to handle Corel draw & Photoshop, etc (7)
- Able to handle operational engineering (4)
- Able to handle operational F&B Services & juggling (8)
