- Food & Beverage Manager (FBM)
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism/Hospitality Management or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a 4-star hotel in the same position
- Proven experience in managing multiple F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, banquets)
- Strong knowledge of culinary, beverage, and service trends
- Effective communicator and strong collaborator
- Passionate and creative, with solid knowledge of food and beverage products
- Strong leadership skills : guest service-oriented, innovative, and well-organized
